Toni Donnet is a founding partner and owner of Cover Your Ad, LLC.

Licensed to practice law in the State of California in 1985, Ms. Donnet has always emphasized consumer fraud, federal and state advertisement law, contract and warranty issues, deceptive business practices, lemon law, vehicle financing, and mediation.

Ms. Donnet is publishes "Your Legal Right," a bimonthly column in the San Diego Union-Tribune.

 

 

 

Joseph Lerner is a founding partner and Director of Operations of Cover Your Ad.

Joseph has proven experience in software and engineering. Prior to CYA, Mr. Lerner worked with large and small software organizations.

Most recently, Mr. Lerner worked with Gateway Computers as a strategy consultant and Product Manager.

Prior to Gateway, Mr. Lerner worked with Tegrity, a small, on-demand e-learning organization. During his tenure with Tegrity he was responsible for marketing, sales, and training for Web-based distance learning software and hardware systems.

Frederick A. Lepow serves as the Director of Technology overseeing all aspects of computer technology and programming for the Company.

Fred brings his extensive experience and over thirty-four years of data processing management to the CYA team.

 

 

 

Ben Lerner is graduate of California Polytechnic, in San Luis Obispo, California. He brings over nine years of experience and success in the area of business development, sales, and procurement to the Cover Your Ad team.

Mr. Lerner recently held the position of Nike National Accounts Manager, creating a new National distribution channel for Nike Inc. licensee, Trek Bicycles Corporation.

Mr. Lerner has spent the past 6 years in the area of business development for sporting goods working for Copeland Enterprises to create a chain of 20 bike shops in the Western United States and developing branding and policy to propel their business model and revenue to “best-in-class.”

Mr. Lerner’s creative partnership approach to strategic sales and development, along with his success in implementation of new product distribution and training distinguishes him as a highly successful and experienced player in strategic sales and development.


 » Kenneth Saltz, Director of Product Design

    Software Engineering

Kenneth Saltz is an accomplished instructional designer and project manager. As the Director of Product Design, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Cover Your Ad program design, including logic flows, interface design, product usability, and training.

Mr. Saltz holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University and has ten years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing Electronic Performance Support Systems and performance-centered training solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

 

David Stout has been working in computer graphics, Web design and programming since 1990.

An artist and art director by trade, Mr. Stout branched out in 1996 and started programming interactive Web sites.

Focusing on programming languages like JavaScript, ColdFusion and SQL, Mr. Stout uses a holistic approach to designing, building and implementing large scale interactive and e-commerce Web sites.
